Awful experience. Be very careful while approaching any fertility specialists. They do not follow a proper protocol, with my experience with this team. Staff misguided me and was very rude and robotic answers. They give incorrect information and put you into a panic. They confuse their patients after their procedures and manipulate and play around with information on the reports and its all about money and unnecessary appointments. Don't waste your time. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and care from Haider Najjar's team. After surgery, I received instructions to take some meds and go for a subsequent blood test. The letter explicitly stated that I should call the "rooms" for results and next steps within 2-5 days. I let them know I had attended the blood test before Christmas, and I allowed up to 7 January to follow up. I have been following up since then via email and phone but I have been met with silence. Highly recommend Dr Najjar. I was told by another fertile specialist that after hitting 40 not much they can do to help us conceive a baby so when I met Dr Najjar, I was fairly devastated and honestly I was suspicious (haha).
