My wife went to Elizabethtown office. Nothing was said about her having to go to Louisville untill she seen doctor ridiculous this place should explain things when you make appointment that you have to at least go to Louisville one time ridiculous I don't like Louisville . Driving in heavy traffic I hope they will explain things in the future to new patients

Dr haiders staff is wonderful but dr haider is not to nice when he removed cataract from both my eyes he.kind of slapped me across the forehead to stop me from moving since then both my eyes are blurry can't get any relief since I've been going to him he doesn't take the time to be nice to me I am Looking for a new eye Dr with some respect for his patients
