Honestly don't go here if you want quality care. My chief complaint was occasional cyanosis on my lips and the doctor who saw me said it was because of too much ice cream. He didn't ask any questions.
The best experience at a doctor’s office. My family has trusted this place for years. Front desk is organized, blood work is seamless. Professional, efficient, highly recommended!
Apparently, Nurse practioner Kim Geeeun does not know how to place e-prescriptions so she tried to blame other parties: 1. Tried to make me believe I do not understand English (I have been working in a city hospital for 25 years now). 2. Insisted on the prescription needing prior authorization (Verified with the pharmacy rep it does not need prior authorization). 3. 접수 직원이 전화태도가 매우매우 불친절합니다. 이름이 바껴서 프로필을 두개 만들어 놓으셨는데, 우리보고 왜 그 이름을 얘기하지 않았냐 도리어 화룰 냈습니다. 우리는 예전이름과 현재이름 모두 이야기했는데, 몇번의 통화에서 계속 찾을 수 없다고만 했습니다. 기록을 제대로 찾아주지 못했습니다. 그리고 헷갈릴수 있으니 예전 이름 기록은 삭제하겠다고 해서, 그럼 그 예전꺼 기록을 저희가 받아볼수 있냐고 했더니 “필요하시면 요청하세요.” 하고 뚝. 끊어버렸습니다. 너무 황당하고 화가 났습니다. 우리는 옛날이름, 현재이름 다 이야기했었고 프로필을 새로 만든건 그쪽인데 우리보고 이름을 제대로 이야기 하지 않았다고 도리어 화를 내며, 그 전 기록은 요청하라면서 전화를 바로 뚝. 끊는게 말이되나요? 너무 화가나서 의사선생님이 친절하시더라도 더이상 여기는 가고 싶지 않습니다.
Outstanding Doctor, Unacceptable Front Desk I'm torn about writing this review, but my experiences with the front desk staff have been so consistently negative. Dr. Chung is an exceptional physician - professional, dedicated, and compassionate. He's been our family's doctor for years, and we appreciate his care deeply.
