I’ve been visiting Dr. Chung’s office since I was a baby (back in Norwood). I now work and live in the city so it’s much more convenient to come to this location in Palisades Park. I love how kind everyone is and how efficient the services are. Whether it’s scheduling an appointment, getting treatment or procedures, and overall health concerns, everyone is caring & thoughtful. I brought my son child to this pediatrician's office today, and I am so impressed with the front desk staff. They put in extra effort to track down my child's hard-to-find immunization records, making the whole process completely stress-free. Truly wonderful service! Finding a medical office with such a caring and positive atmosphere is rare. Highly recommended!
When our regular pediatrician was suddenly unable to see patients, I was frantic trying to get required school forms completed for my child. I called several other clinics, but most were indifferent or couldn’t see us until weeks later.
