I have been a loyal patient at Dr. Chung’s Internal Medicine for 20 years. The doctors here are absolutely wonderful and amazing. However, the woman at the front desk who handles scheduling and copays is extremely rude. Whenever something doesn't go her way, she uses an irritated, snappy tone. This has happened multiple times, not just once or twice. She seems to have worked here for a long time, but her attitude remains terrible. I love the doctors, but her hostile behavior makes every visit stressful.
"I have been a patient at this clinic, but after my recent experience with the receptionist, I am absolutely changing my primary care doctor. I called to reschedule an appointment and to ask about my husband’s medication refills, as our insurance recently changed. Outstanding Doctor, Unacceptable Front Desk I'm torn about writing this review, but my experiences with the front desk staff have been so consistently negative. Dr. Chung is an exceptional physician - professional, dedicated, and compassionate. He's been our family's doctor for years, and we appreciate his care deeply. Honestly don't go here if you want quality care. My chief complaint was occasional cyanosis on my lips and the doctor who saw me said it was because of too much ice cream. He didn't ask any questions.
The best experience at a doctor’s office. My family has trusted this place for years. Front desk is organized, blood work is seamless. Professional, efficient, highly recommended!
