Outstanding cataract surgeon. Enjoyed working with him.
Worst waiting time. I waited for almost 3 hours, and no one knows when I will be even seeing an assistance. Seems like they are careless.
It is almost one year since Dr. Hadley H. PHllips, DO, literally changed my life for the better as a result of his expertise, patience, and placement of two different lenses in each of my eyes. I had poor vision since I was a child ( coke glasses in 7th grade) . some +50 years ago!! I would trip at times and could not really judge distances so well.
