Absolutely horrible customer service. Called for an after hours appt. Computers weren't working. Took my number said they call back. No call back. When I called 3 hours later. It was full. Told me to go to the er and hung up on me
Coming from a Hamilton dr who literally wouldn’t even talk to me when I came it dr hadis office has been such a pleasant change. I really appreciate how he approaches my care and actually makes me feel like I have a say and am included in it. Not only that but Jill is just out of this world. She’s so sweet and funny and makes me feel taken care of and seen.
I am giving Dr. Hadi 5 stars, because he always helped me when I needed him. He referred me to various specialists. He prescribed medications that fixed me. He might not have a warm personality, but he is an efficient, punctual, and competent doctor. For me, that is the most important. Jill his assistant is also fantastic.
Worst doctor ever. Never open, never available. Dose Not pay attention to any of his patients mixes up prescriptions put a patient in the hospital 2 months in attensive care This doctor should not have a medical license.
