If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible experience at Dr. Wafaa Habib’s clinic. The doctor was extremely rude throughout the appointment. My mother asked a few questions during the eye exam, and instead of answering respectfully, Dr. Habib rushed her along saying she “doesn’t have all day” and to “do the exam quicker.” Completely unacceptable. I have been going to Dr Wafaa for more than 2 years along with my husband and kids. She is very professional in her job, she is very patient while she is doing eye exams and explain clearly with passion. She has a very good selection of the glass frame with reasonable prices. She is an amazing person and care about her patients as a family. I will definitely go back to her and will recommend others. Thank
Worse customer service ever from the start to end. DR wafaa is very rude and unprofessional, my father is 76 years old went for check up and was treated really bad couldn’t ask any questions nor explaining to him proper. How could a doctor say to patients SHH🤫. called today to ask what’s happening with him and what we can do for him again DR Wafaa was very rude and hang up the phone on me. I don’t know how they’re still in business yet. She should go and educate herself and get proper staff working there. AVOID THEM!
