We had a great experience with Dr Randhawa. The wait was the longest part but otherwise she took her time to get all the necessary details and I never felt rushed explaining why we were there. I really appreciated that she asked my daughter for consent before touching her, and thanked her afterwards which made my daughter feel more at ease and in control, Dr Randhawa has a great demeanor with kids! Extreamly disappointed with the lack of respect for people's time. Arrived on time as request to wait in the waiting room for over 45 minutes to then go in a room and wait another 15 minutes. When asked how long the delay is, told 5-10 minutes. You pay for parking so make sure to pay for a few hours.
Took my son to the dermatologist. Very dismissive. She didn’t have time to listen to the full details and we left unsatisfied. Since it’s in downtown no parking available. The paperwork at the office took more time to fill than the appointment with the doctor!! Would not recommend her.
We had the best experience with Dr. Randhawa. The office staff was incredibly nice too!
