They do not answer calls or respond to voicemails. I waited 7 months for them to finally contact me after reaching out to them at least once every week. They refused to do any exams despite my concerns because “I am too young to be worried” about my reproductive health. I eventually found an incredible specialist through my family doctor in Hamilton where they gave me my diagnosis and I now receive the proper care through them. Do not let yourself be referred here. I was so lucky to get the referral to see Dr. K. Macmillan. She was professional, kind and validating. I highly recommend the wait to see her. I found the receptionists to be lighthearted and welcoming. I have been a patient for 7 years now and am extremely appreciative of the time taken to listen to my Concerns and provide options.
