They do not answer calls or respond to voicemails. I waited 7 months for them to finally contact me after reaching out to them at least once every week. They refused to do any exams despite my concerns because “I am too young to be worried” about my reproductive health. I was so lucky to get the referral to see Dr. K. Macmillan. She was professional, kind and validating. I highly recommend the wait to see her. I found the receptionists to be lighthearted and welcoming. I have been a patient for 7 years now and am extremely appreciative of the time taken to listen to my Concerns and provide options. My sister goes to dr Macmillan and they requested her to have infusions but when she went to her hospital appointment for the infusions no prescription was to be found. We've tried to call the office but no response from them.
I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. K. Macmillan. I left the office completely disappointed and with a negative feeling. The doctor has a very discouraging and unkind approach. I would strongly avoid her practice — I truly regret that my midwife referred me to her.
Dr. Heather MacDonald is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly kind and radiates such a positive vibe that instantly puts you at ease. She listens with so much care and attention, truly making you feel heard. I was in pain and requested an earlier appointment—she quickly booked me in for the very next day. That level of compassion and responsiveness is rare. She genuinely does her best as a doctor. Without a doubt, she’s the best doctor I’ve ever met!
