I have nothing but great things to say about this office and my experiences with both Dr. MacDonald and Dr. Macmillan. Dr. MacDonald was my primary OB during my pregnancy. I never waited past my scheduled appointment time, and she always answered my questions/concerns kindly and empathetically. After experiencing a pregnancy loss prior to this pregnancy, having such a caring OB was incredible. Dr. Macmillan was the OB that delivered my baby boy at St. Catharines hospital. Had to wait 5 months to get in only to be told a day before my appointment that they were re scheduling I explained my situation and could not wait another 5 months was scoffed at and made to feel like my issues were not important, when I did finally get in it was obvious that the staff had been talking and mocking it was a horrible feeling having to sit and wait while the staff is looking over and giggling. Dr. MacDonald is a wonderful OB!
ER has send me there with referral after waiting two weeks for appointment they called me saying they need to reschedule because doctor is sick. Which is understandable. 5 mins later she calls me saying she cannot take me as im not her patient. Which is ridiculous because ER send me. So I called back later on under another number and doctor Macdonald was at work. They lied to me. Very bad clinic. They will let you die before seeing you.
