Dr. Heather MacDonald is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly kind and radiates such a positive vibe that instantly puts you at ease. She listens with so much care and attention, truly making you feel heard. I was in pain and requested an earlier appointment—she quickly booked me in for the very next day. That level of compassion and responsiveness is rare. She genuinely does her best as a doctor. Without a doubt, she’s the best doctor I’ve ever met!
My care was transferred to dr MacDonald from midwives due to becoming high risk and I could not have asked for a better provider. She is so thorough, kind, understanding and just has a very positive upbeat vibe. Her office staff is also super nice and super organized. Nothing gets missed and they booked all my appointments for ultrasounds, nsts, etc in advance. Nothing but amazing things to say about their team. 10/10 experience and wish them all the success.
We’re beyond thankful to Dr. McDonald and the amazing reception staff for helping us along the way in shortly bringing our IVF miracle into the world. Dr. McDonald’s expertise, compassion, and steady guidance made all the difference! Especially for this anxious mamma! I have seen Dr. Macmillan twice in the last 6 months and it has been such a great experience. She has given me more information about my PCOS in just two visits than other doctors have after years. She is thorough and relays the information in a way that is very easy to understand. She has sent me for some follow up lab work rather than just band aiding the problem.
