Unfortunately the standards have slipped and is no longer as good as it once was, despite very rarely needing to see a doctor, the wait times too be seen are excessively long and the reception staff extremely dismissive.
Kumar medical centre has the best receptionist, Samita who is very professional. She gives the right advice, listeners to the patients, provides empathy towards their condition. I always request to speak to her as she is very polite. Thank you Samita for providing best service.
The reason I don’t give a 5 star is because how rude some of the doctors are to me they don’t understand how to handle peoples feelings and handle there annoyance but personally the reception are kind and would recommend doctors like Dr Ahmad Dr karma and Dr priya
Kumar Medical - I have just had a call from Dr Priya regarding my blood test results . Prior to this I had an appointment with the nurse to get my bloods done and Dr Priya actually called me to have a chat about my health generally as she a few minutes before she was due for a meeting - this was despite knowing that my appointment was with the nurse and not her.
