Very disappointed I have appointment on 4:45 and after waiting for 30 minutes when I asked how long waiting she said you didn’t check in which I had done when I entered any way after half an hour more waiting she said to me ur appointment is on phone not face to face I said no it’s face to face because I booked my self I was sitting in surgery since one hour they don’t care about time.
I’ve always had a good experience with this surgery. The doctors and staff are professional, caring, and take the time to listen. Appointments are well managed, and I’ve always felt supported and looked after. Grateful for their excellent sevices.
Unfortunately had a very poor experience with the receptionist. She was dismissive when I asked a question, spoke in an unprofessional tone, and made me feel uncomfortable.This is especially concerning in a healthcare setting, where patients are often anxious and need support. I hope the practice considers improving staff training to ensure patients are treated with respect and compassion in future. Worst Receptionist
Unfortunately the standards have slipped and is no longer as good as it once was, despite very rarely needing to see a doctor, the wait times too be seen are excessively long and the reception staff extremely dismissive.
