Dr. Amaratunge Had a great initial visit. She listened attentively and showed genuine concern for my health, taking the time to outline a clear plan of action and order baseline testing. Very personable and easy to talk to — I felt she was truly invested in building a real patient-doctor relationship to best understand and address my long-term health needs. Very happy with the visit and would highly recommend.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Amaratunge since transitioning from pediatric to adult care, and now in my late twenties, I can honestly say I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. She has always been incredibly attentive and proactive when it comes to managing my Crohn’s and EOE. Anytime I need her, she’s quick to respond through the portal, which means so much. Recommend by a co-worker, very first time going to this Dr., Although the Doctor seems nice, the Medical assistant who took my vitals did not seem nice also at the end of my appointment the person that checked me out seemed in a rush and when I ask a question gave short hurried answers.
