I note a few negative reviews but I cannot seem to find the reasons given for the one star given. I’ll endorse the patent’s review that Dr. Japal is “thorough, patient and very accommodating”. Personally, I’m very pleased and satisfied with the attention and service. And her office manager Florian is very supportive and helpful. Thank you!
