This office is terrible at returning phone calls Responding to communication through the portal and in general patient feedback. Dr. Barad has a horrible bedside manner. During the appointments,He barely makes eye contact and spends most of his time looking at the computer instead of communicating with his patients. I would not recommend this doctor.
I have been a patient of Dr Brard for many years . As for the doctor he is very easy to talk to. I think it’s so rude to post these put downs on him. You wait longer yes and I’m sure it’s due to him taking the time to actually talk and answer people’s questions, expect waits and read a book or magazine. Chill out.
So far, not good. When I saw him, I told him I wanted to reduce my excess/visceral fat and he dismissed my desire, saying my weight is fine at my age, etc. I get the feeling that he was saying keep my expectations modest and take it one step at a time. Maybe he was thinking "You will always have a soft stomach, so discard that hope now and save yourself trouble" and thought it best not to say it. I'm not sure. I have no idea if Brard is a good doctor as I never saw him. My appointment was at 2:30pm, I was told to come in at 2pm to fill out paperwork. They had texted me a link to the paperwork to fill out so I did but thought maybe there was more when I got there. Nope! I sat in the waiting room until 3pm and then asked the front desk woman how much longer I am supposed to wait. She said I was next. Mind you, my appointment was half an hour prior. This is review is only regarding the front desk, I have no experience with the physicians which may be wonderful. I am another physician in the valley and was hung up on twice while waiting on the physician line regarding a mutual patient. If this was intentional it is extremely unprofessional and can not continue, if this was accidental the systems need improvement to allow for successful connection to front desk.
