I'm always in and out of the office which is nice compared to some Doctor offices .
Dr. Cooper is the absolute BEST OB/GYN in my area. I have been a patient for over 20 years and she delivered my little girl. Absolutely recommend her to everyone!!!
It has taken me almost a year since my healthy son was born to write this review. I did not want to write it simply out of spite for Dr. Cooper & her office despite their rude & poor conduct. Dr. Cooper did not deliver my son even though she was my ob/gyn up to 37 weeks. At this time she tried to scare me into an early c-section without question based on withheld information that my son was breached. We left her at this point for a more natural dr. who was upfront, honest, & professional.
I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper’s since 1994 and I LOVE her, but she has the most HATEFUL front desk girl making appointments that I refuse to go back to the office!!!! I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for four months for a lump under my arm and it’s been an argument every time I call!!! She cancelled my appt, rescheduled it but failed to cancel the original appt! So it looks like I “missed” an appt....that makes her delay you further!!!! She has a terrible attitude! just LEFT!
Absolutely the best gyn and ob doctor in this area. She is so caring and compassionate. I would never use anyone else. Love her staff also. I had the best experience with my pregnancy and I will always use Dr Cooper for all my gyn needs.
Dr. Cooper is amazing but her staff is horrible her front desk clerk is pure crap twice i had to reschedule my appt. The second appt i call and see what time it is for the day i knew it was on i just i wrote it down and took it to work soon as she told me i reapted it back to her as i always do . So she tells me it was two days before and i missed it apt i schedule 2 months ago. For birthco trol the lady tells me she cant hear i talk louder she then tells me im screaming at her she is awfu
