While sometimes I have a hard time getting through, Heather has been efficient and quite helpful. If you are polite and kind to her she is lovely right back. I have heard her be more than patient with rude clients. If you are complaining about her, maybe it’s you that is at fault. Dr Guzder has been more than helpful with me and my terrible type 1 control. I do recommend him highly. His nurse/educator deserves an award for being the most patient person on the planet.
Don’t even bother trying to call the office, waste of time and energy trying to book an appointment. The receptionist is the worst and I’ve only made it in to see the endo once since being diagnosed 4 years ago. Phone tag and no one ever answers and you can’t leave a call back number or voicemail.

The receptionist is an angry gnome. Her name is Heather and she has been nothing but rude at every moment. I dont know if she is just angry at her life and is taking it out on the clients or if she just thinks that attitude is ok. She also fails to tell clients about crucial information regarding tests. She is terrible at her job and a terrible representative for a business. She needs training on how to speak to clients and her calls reviewed or supervised.
