Mertz Family Denistry broke HIPAA by calling my mother in law to beg for money to pay my bill. They also did not inform me of the procedure I was having, I was under the impression I was getting a cavity filled and they performed a crown without telling me. They never had me fill out any paperwork for the procedure and when bringing that point up they lied and said they had my paperwork but failed to be able to show me a signed paper. I was slapped with a $600 bill and left in tears.
We used to go to this office before they moved into their fancy new digs. Peter is very professional and caring but Guy is a gold digger. They have to pay for their new office SOMEHOW. The patient is paying for it. Not sure if they still have Shelly as their office manager, but she is very good at making you feel like they are doing YOU a favor!
