After being a patient at Dr. Straus’ office in Lake City for nearly **20 years**, I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated by the office staff. After an X-ray, one doctor told me I needed a **CT scan**, then left for vacation. A second doctor later said I actually needed an **MRI** and that approval could take months. Dr. Strauss is always professional and one of the most trustworthy doctors I’ve been around. He is incredibly helpful when I visit the office and overall the appointments are stress free.
I’ve been a patient at Dr. Strauss office for all of my adult life. Not only does he truly care about his patients care, his support staff are incredible. Isabella, specifically, has helped me during several appointments and she is the sweetest. Can’t say enough good things about the practice as a whole!
