One of the most thorough physicians in Lake City. I've been a patient of Dr. Strauss for over 5 years and am very pleased with the level of care I have received. His office also offers an inhouse lab which is so much better than going to a quest or another lab facility for blood work. 10/10 recommend.
Long time patient of Southern Internal Medicine...25 + years. Dr. Strauss, PAs, Nurses, Techs, and office administrative staff are all top notch and caring.
Office group as a whole is marvelous, we see friends, who know us by name, they care. Dr. Strauss is the glue that keeps it together ,as my Mom would say. He's answered our calls at 2 or 3 in the mornings when my husband had troubles. It makes me happy he will give more than most Physicians do. We tell others that are looking for new doctor, to set up with their office.
Our whole family sees the medical staff at Southern Internal Medicine. The caring and knowledgeable health practitioners have our trust while helping us manage the geriatric needs of our parents and our own health care needs. Southern Internal has the best nurse practitioners. The office works as a cohesive unit working to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner with excellent communication between practitioners as needed.
