It’s really important that you come in with a calm and respectful attitude so you can get the best care possible. Try to stay patient and communicate clearly with the staff and your doctor. Also, please be mindful of how you speak to your wife, especially during stressful moments. Yelling doesn’t help the situation and can make things harder for both of you. Taking a breath and staying composed will go a long . I heard Yvonne asking you not to be yelling in the clinic. Learn how to spell correctly!!

Dr. Reyes was the first person I encountered in my medical journey of a crushed foot injury that made me feel like he really cared about me getting better. My first vist with him was seven months after my injury. He spent an hour with me talking about treatment options. Answering my questions. Addressing my concerns. Great guy. Friendly. Funny at times. I was referred to Dr. Guy Reyes after visiting Alamo Urgent Care for a painful Baker’s cyst in my knee. I could barely walk. When I first called the office, I spoke with Yvonne, who said she would talk to the doctor and get back to me. She made it sound like I could be seen quickly.
