I’ve had this primary for years, would go in there for regular check ups . Until recently I’ve needed him for actual treatment of a disease. He wasn’t much help with my complaints and looking at my records he never wrote what I would go in there for. Looking at my health records I noticed he omitted my main chief complaint .
