Dr Johal and his staff(shout out to Ella) are very professional and proficient. My inguinal hernia surgery was carried out flawlessly and I am very happy I was able to have Dr Johal as my surgeon. Could not have hoped for a better outcome.
Had a great experience with Dr. G. Johal. His office assistants were ever polite and efficient. Dr. Johal and his team did an excellent job. The doctor took his time to explain the procedure and expected results. The surgery went without any complications and the healing was fast and uneventful. So happy!!!
The first impression in the clinic was very warm and professional. The two women at the front desk were busy; however, they treated me very well and gave me all the information about my appointment, the clinic where the procedure would be performed, the day and time, and the paperwork to read and follow before the surgery. I waited about 20 minutes to see Dr. Johal, and he was kind and explained what I needed to expect before and during the surgery.
