I had a really good experience with Dr. Athwal and her staff. She definitely knows a lot about headaches. I am very happy with her treatment plan. I would highly recommend her.
She is a really nice and professional Doctor. She is an expert at Headaches and really helped me a lot with my pain. Her office has had some staffing issues, but her new Manager is very good. I recommend her to anybody that has bad headaches.
Great experience! I initially messed up the appointment and arrived late, but the receptionist was understanding and allowed me to see the doctor without needing to reschedule. The doctor was patient and professional.
I wanted to share my experience with the clinic, particularly regarding the reception desk. While I cannot speak to Dr. Athwal's medical practice as we were unable to secure an appointment, I feel it's important to address the lack of professionalism I encountered with the receptionist. I initially called for help with my grandmother’s severe pain, but was quickly disregarded by the receptionist who told us, “everybody who comes into the clinic has severe pain, so I wouldn’t worry. about it”.
