I have known Dr. Sandhu and his team for many years, at least more than 10 years. Throughout this time, I have witnessed the excellent primary care they have provided to our family. The environment is highly professional, yet friendly and welcoming. They are always ready to do everything possible to help their patients!
When asked to fill out FMLA paperwork, he didn't fully complete it, even after it was sent back to him by FMLA source. When confronted directly about the paperwork not being completed in full, he stated that he had no idea about how much time I would need away from work prior to surgery. If he wouldn't know, who would. Isn't that something he should have learned how to estimate in Med school? His lack of finishing what he started almost cost me my job.
