I went to his Washington heights office. We had two phone calls prior to my appointment where they confirmed he took my insurance. I got there today and HE DIDN'T TAKE MY INSURANCE. I had to leave without an appointment. If you want to waste your time and have a good rage cry I highly recommend him. Otherwise stay away from this office and their INCOMPETENT staff.
