I saw Dr Tortora during the time I first started experiencing medical neglect. I came in with flank pain. She said, 'Nothing is wrong with you, you're just anxious.' The next day I was in the ER with a kidney infection. Her bedside manner is dehumanizing and you're better off to see anyone else who will respect you enough to listen. I am now disabled due to medical neglect.
