Dr. Rai is my family’s optometrist for the last 30 years. He takes his time with patients so he has always been accurate with his prescriptions, and he not only listens to patient’s concerns, but he thoroughly addresses them. He is very personable and professional. Thank you.
Dr Gandham is terrific. Very thorough and competent. Took time to thoughtfully answer all my questions. All the hi-tech equipment and facilities are also very impressive. Been coming here for at least 15 years. Started with Dr Rai, who is also excellent.
Horrible wait times taking over an hour to be seen is ridiculous plus just having to deal with the rush that is Metrotown I don’t recommend
Dr. Rai is really taking care of his customers. Exceptional service throughout the office. Thank you again for the great experience.
