Brillant service. Shaun and Joel were so involved for the best. I’m a pensioner and so hard to have real help. They did the necessary. My shower tiles look new because it’s all in the DETAIL. And it’s called GROUT. Renew the grout and your tiles look new again. No need to pay thousands for a new shower. It’s all about grout. Im over the moon to have at last a clean cut low cleaning maintenance due to new grout. Thank you.
Shaun and Joel were great to deal with, no negative energy, just really good customer service. They did a great job at fixing up a bad regrouting job that a previous dodgy company did.
I had a great experience with Joel from Dr Grout. I needed some last minute silicone work done to prepare my property for sale and Joel fit me in on exteremly short notice, did a fantastic job and generally went above and beyond. I would have no hesitation in reccomending him to others looking to refresh their bathroom or kitchen.
Excellent service from Dr Grout. They regrouted my shower floor and the transformation was amazing. Professional, reliable, and great attention to detail. The shower looks like new again. Highly recommended!
I called Dr Grout for a quote and told him it was urgent. He was really efficient and came over to my place the same day and quoted me that arvo. He came and did the work with a few other boys he worked with and i’m so stoked with the work. Everything looks great and i can tell it was all done really professionally and Joel and his brother Shaun were really nice guys.
