Dr Grout did an amazing job! We’d long been embarrassed by our shower. It was discoloured, dirty, leaking and mouldy but now everything looks brand new. Shaun and his team were on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and the results honestly exceeded our expectations. Disastrous experience, please review the photos and video, the markers you see in the pictures are scratches on our tiles. The tile regrouting resulted in over 60 scratched tiles. We were given multiple promises to fix the issue, all of which were broken. Joel attempted to 'repair' the extensive tile damage with car polish, that's right car polish which was completely ineffective and unprofessional (attached to the review are video/pictures of this).
