We are very happy with the work done by Joel and his team. His quote was much less than others and he actually came to see the job that needed doing - not just making a guess from a photograph. What's more impressive is that he did much more than the original quote was for and came back a few times to add extra sealant. Recommended for honesty, integrity and generosity. Even his employee spoke highly of his honesty as an employer.
We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Dr Grout several months ago. He quoted an exterior large regrouting job at our home. It was a nightmare for us, the lies the not turning up when he said he would, coming and working for a couple of hours sometimes only one hour, a million excuses. EDIT: Joel made contact with me and attended to inspect same day. Shaun returned yesterday and carried out some rectification (where the grout is breaking up) - great job. Joel has assured me that his work is warrantied and that he will return if and when required as deemed necessary by us. This is certainly reassuring and I believe that he is trying his best to make good our floor. My bathroom now looks even better than brand new! Dr Grout did an amazing job at a price much lower than other quotes I received. They were on time and professional throughout the process. I just booked them to do my kitchen and already recommended their tile and grout services to my in-laws too. You really can’t go wrong with these pros.
Dr Grout did an amazing job! We’d long been embarrassed by our shower. It was discoloured, dirty, leaking and mouldy but now everything looks brand new.
