The reception team are truly sub-par and exceptionally unhelpful - and that's just the beginning. For example - being told 'no you don't need an appt' before the first colonoscopy, which turns out it was required! Dr Walker's bedside manner isn't much better- for example, being given a bowel cancer diagnosis while in the recovery room. Seeing other reviews, it seems like a common occurrence. Find another doctor.

Very happy with my procedure with Dr Walker and his anesthesiologist Dr Darvenezia. Both were easy to talk to and I felt very well looked after. Also very happy with the GC Private staff.
No problems with Dr Walker, but his office staff need a refresher course in customer service! I had a positive test in late October and my GP did a referral to Dr Walker. On 05/11/2024 I spoke with Jessie who arranged a Colonoscopy for 13th February 2025! I advised Jessie by email that I was concerned about the 3 month wait especially with my medical history.
