A caring doctor who put me at ease listening to my concerns

Very happy with my procedure with Dr Walker and his anesthesiologist Dr Darvenezia. Both were easy to talk to and I felt very well looked after. Also very happy with the GC Private staff.
No problems with Dr Walker, but his office staff need a refresher course in customer service! I had a positive test in late October and my GP did a referral to Dr Walker. On 05/11/2024 I spoke with Jessie who arranged a Colonoscopy for 13th February 2025! I advised Jessie by email that I was concerned about the 3 month wait especially with my medical history. Dr Griff has looked after me on several occasions now. Always thorough and diligent with his procedures. He also takes the time to explain everything while you’re there. Excellent service and professionalism.
