Dr Yao is very patient and knowledgeable. We drove all the way from Lebec CA to there for our kids. 45 miles one way.
The whole staff was super sweet to my dog Beans while he was in pain yesterday. Dr Sandra Bugreeff knew right away how to help him and answered all my questions. They were reasonably priced too and didn't force me to buy anything she didn't think I needed
Terrible first experience. They promised a $25 exam, then wanted to upsell treatment for over $300. They took forever, left you waiting for an hour and separated us from our pet. The doctor would not even talk to us directly. They made us feel like they were selling us a car. Way more business centered than animal care centered.
Dr. Yao is great. He takes his time to explain what your concerns are. The staff are very friendly.
I needed urgent care for my dog and they were able to see him very quickly. I was impressed with how thorough they were and appreciated that they explained everything that they were doing.
