Unreliable, Unprofessional, Uncaring staff and Inefficient. They cancel appointments without telling you. I wasted 2 vacations days and more than 12 hours of driving and the cost of a hotel room in order to find out that the office staff cancelled my 92 year old mothers follow up appointment to chest pains. They were very much informed that I live over 300 miles away & that I would need to travel to take her. Do NOT count on this office to be reliable if you are traveling or really need to see the doctor. They were not sorry... read more
