I actually had a long term Vet before I came here, the woman answering phones at Kutish was rude and basically blew me and my cat Gypsy off, told me to go to the ER vet, then hung up on me! I found out from 10+ other people that they experienced the very same thing, as all animal lovers know that have had to go to an ER Vet; it's VERY expensive.
