He kept leaving tools in my mouth for a really long time when I went to get a cavity filled, and even when I started squirming around, he completely ignored me, and still kept holding the mirror in my mouth. Will not go back there or recommend him.
My first appointment with this dentist was in September 2020, and I have returned ever since. I have a long drive from Kansas to get to this dental office. Because I am a missionary in Central America, my time in Kansas is always limited, but I still make the time to travel all the way to his clinic because they are simply that good. I probably pass a hundred other dental offices on the way, but when you find a dentist and a staff you trust this much, the extra miles are worth it. Great dentist with great attention to detail. Great friendly staff.
Been a patient here for years and the new office help has ruined this office. They coded my cleaning wrong and insurance won’t pay for what they coded. So they sent me the bill for their mistake. I spoke with them about it and their response was a letter saying if I don’t pay they are sending me to collections and dismissing me as a patient. I have never paid for a cleaning with my insurance. Maybe WMMC bought them and now the patient care is ok but the office and billing is a nightmare.
