Last month I had an evaluation by Dr. Van Dam for a stimulator trial clearance. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was nervous at first, as I have never spoken to a psychologist, but he put me at ease in the first few minutes. He was able to get my report to the doctor in 3 days, which allowed them to move me up on the schedule. I have a new lease on life, thanks to Dr. Van Dam and the success of the stimulator!!

I had a psychological evaluation done by Dr Van Dam. Since he was sick it took him quite a while to be able to zoom with me. After being very apologetic about the delay he assured me that he would send my report to Dr Geraldo immediately. To date my evaluation has not been sent to Dr Geraldo. I am in tremendous back pain and can’t have a resolution without my evaluation. This is unconscionable. Very poor experience.

I went to Dr Van Dam for a VA C&P. I was nervous, but he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. While it is hard for me to communicate with people on settings like this, he made the process as painless as it can be given the circumstances.

I was recently evaluated by Dr. Van Dam and just received a copy of my evaluation. He is such a kind and insightful doctor! He was able to accurately diagnose my conditions, which have eluded previous evaluators. I only wish he was taking new therapy patients, but he explained that he is temporarily only seeing patients for psychological testing and evaluations.
