I am a 79 year old women. Went to Dr. Heinen he ordered a MRI of right shoulder. All of my tendons was torn and could not be repaired, he said all he could offer me was Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty to bypass the tendons. He did the surgery on June 23, 2021, Boy I tell the surgery he did was Great. In three weeks I was doing so good no pain. RUDE! Right down to the Dr. No AC, wait time One Hour AND Forty minutes. Everyone has attitude, right down to Dr. Heinen.

I have had the opportunity to be with this Dr and Maria his assistant manager. Dr was very good, he didn't surgar coat nothing, my knee was way overdue bone on bone, 1 week today after im walking around. It does hurt, but I can stand and I feel confident I won't fall from using my Right leg, Thank you!!Your still a Doctor who does the right thing for the person! God Bless you!
