I went to Dr. Shank for a benign cyst after visiting 4 or 5 different specialists ( ENTs and Oral surgeons). Dr Shank was very thorough in his explanation of ranula, he provided a treatment plan which included a minimally invasive procedure to drain it and add stitches, and he was very polite and I appreciated his bedside manners as well as his staff.
