Dr Powell is very knowledgeable and nice and gives you the personalized attention to address your needs BUT I am leaving his care because outside of seeing him in person, he lacks follow through on mychart messages, often is out of the office with no PA or Nurse to cover non emergency but important fwup calls, which are handled by a very nasty office manager Becky. After years under his care I am fed up.

Having had a really bad experience previously with a different dr. It has been such a different experience with Dr. Powell! His staff is friendly,and he is kind ,and compassionate. I have recommended him to others!
