Dr. LaTrenta is by far the best plastic surgeon I have seen in NYC. He is that rare breed of doctor that has exceptional surgical acumen and a great "bedside" manner. He takes the fear out of your visit by explaining to you everything he is about to do...no surprises. I'd give Dr. LaTrenta 6 stars out of 5 if I could! We had used another plastic surgeon for a breast reduction for my daughter 2 years ago and he had not done a good job, either with the surgery or with handling her. We went to Dr. LaTrenta to fix it and could not have been happier. During the height of the pandemic in NYC, I was faced with a medical emergency requiring surgery. My surgeon at the time recommended that I use a plastic surgeon for closure of the incision site which was extensive.
