Being in the dental field I have worked with Dr. Tull on a professional side as well as being a patient. His care is something that sets him aside as well as his excellent skills. Being an oral surgeon, He has great knowledge of every muscle in the face. I was very comfortable in letting him use Botox to remove what years of frowning caused. I would highly recommend him. Dr. Tull is my lifesaver!! He has done several Botox and filler injections on my face and I am very pleased with the results. He makes sure that his work looks very natural. He also makes sure you are comfortable throughout your whole procedure. Since he is trained in oral surgery, he knows the bone structure of your face and will work with you to enhance your features! I love this doctor!!
