I’ve had two operations. One has failed and since the doctor is retiring, well he’s just shaking his hands and trying to hand me off to another provider, which in my experience, will not jump in and take any advice from. He asked me what my passion level was and in told him 10, which he proceeds to tell me “You’re not at a ten, you’d be crawling in here if you were.” I’m so glad to see a doctor proceed to tell me HOW I FEEL! I see that doctor doesn’t really care, but some of his staff do. But I wouldn’t recommend them.
Did my fusion is 2023 and been in severe pain since, got 2nd opinion and this other surgeon said there is an issue below my fusion so dr criscuolo schedule my surgery, then a week before surgery he canceled it and told me he is retiring so got seek help elsewhere. He needs to retire the way he treated me. This is clearly unprofessional and I'm losing more function in my arm. He breached his duty of care.
Great staff and great surgeon. Dr Criscuolo Did a great job informing me of what is going on with my neck problems. He has done a previous neck surgery and I have had no pain in that area for 2 years now. I would recommend him.
Dr. Crisculo, is skilled and very talented. He’s also has a great bedside manner and follows through in a timely manner. Everything is personal to you , you won’t be rushed, you will be heard. His office staff are exceptional as well. I walk in anxious, I leave in confidence. I greatly appreciate being a patient under his care.
