Dr Phillips and colleagues have cared for me for many years. I could not be more pleased. His staff is excellent and he really cares. I don't get sick and usually do a yearly health check with him. He takes time to answer any questions and gives clear explanations and recommendations. BTW his new office is setup to take message and return call promptly. Those on phone used to be trying to handle multiple tasks while talking to the patient. NO MORE! I love the new system...
I love Dr. Phillips. Hands down he is the most caring physician I have ever been to. He was my mothers doctor for 13 years and she loved him to. My only issue is his staff. They are really busy because he has a lot of patients and I understand this but the stress shows and they get really "snappy" with you when you try to ask questions. I shouldnt feel guilty for wanting to see my doctor. When I get off the phone with his staff members Im either mad or sad. I keep putting up with it though just so I can get in to see him.
