Dr. Henson in my opinion is very professional and knowledgeable. He got right down to what was going on with me. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a doctor who has their best interest at heart.
Staff and Drs are great!
Front office staff and nurse are all extremely rude and disrespectful. A new employee told my mom over the phone to come in at 2 for her appointment and then when she got there at 2 she was turned away for being "late". When my mom explained she was just told a few minutes prior that her appointment was at 2 they acknowledged that the employee who told her that was new and was wrong however it was still my mom's fault for being "late" and they refused to see her. Dr Henson is the most compassionate Dr. He took a great deal of time with my husband and I on our initial visit. He quickly assessed and gave an excellent second solid opinion. Follow up visits have gone well. I have lived in Arkansas 12 years. This is the first primary Doctor I have had that listened to me and valued my opinion concerning my care. I am so fortunate my husband found him.
