Dr. McNabb is not only a fantastic specialist but he's also a great caring person. I owe my life to Dr. McNabb! He discovered a growth in my throat, performed a biopsy and sent the specimen to a pathologist for testing. The results came back as cancer but, later CT scans and a PET scan image verified the cancer had not spread to my lymph nodes, blood stream, and surrounding organs. The building is great and the parking is great but the ear, nose and throat department. The two ladies who take appointments and calls are not good. I have been waiting for my son's appointment for more than a month, and since last week I have been wanting to call this office and it seems to be busy around the clock. i don't know why
Front desk and medical assisting staff are so kind and helpful, and Dr. McNabb was so understanding and explanatory for every part of the process! Before and after surgery, myself and my daughter were taken care of and treated so well, and even when calling about a potential complication, we weren’t made to feel like we were exaggerating and were validated by the staff. Thank you, Dr. McNabb and team!
