I felt like I was just a number. Office staff was very rude. One of them screamed at me because I have a lot of allergies. I couldn’t name them all. I told her they are on my chart. She screamed we don’t look at my chart. Dr. Macintosh was not friendly at all. He was in a hurry to get rid of me. He wouldn’t answer any of my questions and spent less than five minutes with me. I felt like a number the entire time I was there.
Absolutely positive experience from star to finish of visit!!! So caring, professional, and attentive!!! They even made it possible for me to be seen so quickly for an unscheduled immediate appointment!!! I am so very appreciative!!! They certainly care about their patients... highly recommend them
I've seen Dr McIntosh twice and we are progressing on tests for my condition. He explains what and why tests needed. So far, no pain. The office on Hall road is busy but very efficient. More updates soon as I have more appointments upcoming.
