Terrible. Canceled on me 3-times, just trying to get my MRI results. Who wants to see a doctor who doesn't care.
Dr. Leiser is great but the scheduling staff is horrible. Patients should not have to wait two weeks to get a call back just to schedule a surgery or just to decide on a follow up appointment. Patients should not have to leave several message before receiving any type of response. Office staff also does not respond to messages in the patient portal. UODATE - Ok so now he finally had the surgery and having some post surgery issues and AGAIN no one will return our calls. Once this is done we’re definitely finding another urologist. This is ridiculous. Extremely frustrated right now with Urology Specialist. My husband has kidney stone that cannot be passed and surgery was recommened. The scheduling person, Marisol, refuses to return our calls to let us know what is happening.
