I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Dr. Ostrom’s office. My first visit was in February 2024, when I was a brand-new pilot unfamiliar with the medical certification process. I had no idea I needed to obtain my actual medical certificate during the visit, yet despite knowing I was new to the process, the office failed to provide me with my First Class Medical.
