I love this office. Dr. Bailey and everyone I've ever interacted with has been very nice. Dr. Bailey gives his professional opinion and doesn't pressure you into anything you're not comfortable with. If he can't perform the service, he will refer you to someone who can.
I’ve been going to Dr. Huyett for probably about 20 years now 😂😂 since I was 5. She’s been there for chips, a cap, braces, and a root canal. The entire team there is amazing. My usual hygienist is Austin and he’s fantastic. I will always recommend this dental office.
Christmas Eve I had a dental emergency and thank God they were able to squeeze me in! Over the next several days Dr. Huyett took time to check in on me via phone as I was recovering. Going the extra step as a physician is rare, (especially during the holidays!) and I appreciate her kindness and care so much!
I was seen by a new hygienist who was not putting scaler on my teeth for a simple cleaning. So, I asked for a more experienced hygienist. Office manager Carol put me with my regular hygienist, Kennedy, who apparently got upset that I asked for someone not fresh out of school. The treatment I endured from Kennedy was so brutal with her stabbing my tongue multiple times with the scaler and jamming the tool so hard on my teeth when polishing, I finally had enough and told her to stop.
