Dr. Balaes’ office was very clean and welcoming. I was greeted by Donna who was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Kayla was my dental hygienist and she was very thorough and gave me a wonderful cleaning. Dr. Balae has wonderful bedside manner and sat down and took the time to go over all of my dental options with me and discussed all of my treatment going forward. The whole staff was also extremely nice and professional. I am excited to have found this office!
Dr. Balaes and his staff are amazing! I'm new to the area and called on a whim hoping that my tooth could be looked at. They told me to come in 2 hours and fit me in that same day! The office is clean, and staff is caring and wonderful!
My family regrets coming to Dr. Balaes. He has ruined my mother’s tooth with an unnecessary crown, which she now has to pay $2000 out of pocket to fix with our new dentist. I was also recommended an expensive surgery to remove my extra tooth that other dentists have said is harmless to leave in. Every visit there was an attempt to upsell me on overpriced small bottles of fluoride, floss sticks, or whatever else they “recommended”.
