Dr head didn’t seem to care what I have been going through he didn’t even feel my prostate to see if he could feel anything abnormal. Which I know there’s something wrong because my prostate feels numb and dead I’m throwing up some. He looked inside it seemed like a split second and had nothing else to do with me. Set me up for steroid shots but that didn’t help my prostate. So I’m still a recluse in my bedroom and I’m completely sexually dead and I think I have tissue damage in my prostate but he don’t seem to care at all
Dr. Head is very competent but I think they over book his appointments. Staff is fair.
Staff is wonderful. Dr. Head was rude, patronizing, arrogant, and condescending. Complaint was submitted. Him being unaware that I’m a professional nurse that had worked in the ICU for over 20 years and case management for over 8 years. He spoke to me as if I was ignorant.
Excellent!! Dr. Head was proficient through and very personal!!would recommend him to everyone that would be in need of a urologist!!
