The doctor was nice and informative. The problem is that staff was supposed to send the prescription to the pharmacy. The staff promised me it was already sent. When I got to the pharmacy they said nothing was sent. So now I have to do back and forth on something that was supposed to be so simple.
Called this office as they are listed as accepting Blue Choice Access PPO. They will not accept my insurance for new patients, but are listed on Anthem's website
