Dr Franz is very kind, experienced, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to talk with you as a person not just a patient. He told me he would call me back to discuss my issues. After 4pm, I figured he was like most doctors and told me that so he could hang-up, but my phone rang at 9pm with a smile coming from the other side of the line.
