Don’t even waste your time, the lady at the front desk is rude and nasty. You’ll be sitting in the waiting room for over 2 hours to talk to the doctor for 5 mins. They take your vitals bring you back to waiting room and you wait over 2 hours after vitals been taken. Find another primary doctor ASAP
He's a horrible doctor and his staff is very unprofessional. My experience with him was very painful. After one of his injections I had to go to urgent care for treatment to alleviate the pain from the injection. On my follow-up visit with him the following month, he asked me what was my pain level 1-10. I told him maybe a three or four. He insisted on giving me another injection which I refused. I called today 7/12/24 and was treated very rudely. The receptionist kept picking up and hanging up when I called. At the 10th attempt I asked them why were they hanging up and lied saying that they did not do such a thing. That's not how you treat patients. Just because I unfortunately need pain meds doesn't mean I'm an addict. Since they also speak in Creole they can be talking about me and also tell the Dr. something neg. about me. That's not the right way to treat patients I wonder if they do that to other patients.
I've been a patient for a while now and DR Emily has "forgotten" to call my medication in on 5 separate occasions. This past year he has cancelled my appointment at least 4 times. This time they were supposed to refill my medicine since they cancelled and it's Friday evening. It's still not done which means I will have to go the weekend without it. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional if you ask me. I would not recommend him if it is avoidable.
If I could give this place 0 stars , id give it a negative. Never in my entire life have I had so many issues with an office as I do here. I have printed , filled out and hovering over the submit for of the board of medicine complain file. The entire office has an additive problem , not one thing is legal and I am so sick of it. If I could find another doctor who would prescribe my specific medication I would be gone and never look back.
