The receptionist was the most horrible female ever!! So rude,not one care in the world about my problem. She also wouldn't give her name. It's awful that they would have someone with those kinda people skills handle the phones or work with people
Feels like they’d rather run tests and get money and send you on your way while I wait months for my next fall to potentially kill me. They want me to work with a 40 bpm heart rate with no help given except another test. Find a new doctor he isn’t in his office anyway. Never seen him
I had a 12:45 appointment and the office told me to show up early. I arrived at 12:15 and turns out there was no reason to arrive early. I sat and waited for over an hour until I was called back. When I made a comment to the nurse about how long I had been waiting she responded with a snarky remark telling me some people wait over 2 hours to see a specialist. The Nurse Practitioner here is great. We've not seen the doctor so I cannot comment on him. The reception staff is very friendly. The blonde nurse is a nightmare. She doesn't know the answers to questions and rather than getting the answers she attempts to proceed with different procedures despite patient requests. Calls to her result in numerous callbacks during which she repeatedly provides multiple different answers to the same question or tells you to call someone else.
